To ensure fairness and respect for all clients and my time, the following policy applies:

• I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your $25 deposit.

✨ First Same-Day Cancellation Grace Policy
• Each client is allowed one (1) same-day cancellation without charge.
• After your first same-day cancellation, any future same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service price.

 No-call/no-shows will be charged 50%–100% of the service price to the card on file.
• Clients who no-call/no-show may be required to prepay in full for future appointments or may be declined from rebooking.

• A valid card on file is required to book all appointments.
• Charges related to late cancellations or no-shows will be automatically processed using the card on file.

• Cancellations must be made through the booking system or via text.
• If you are sick or experiencing an emergency, please notify me as soon as possible — communication is key.

• No guests or extra company are permitted during your service.
